Apollo 10 became the dress rehearsal for the first lunar landing mission Apollo 11. Astronauts John Young, Gene Cernan and Tom Stafford extensively tested the Lunar Module in lunar orbit may 1969.

Flown coldplate segment mounted on a 7x9'' rigid foam board.

The source of this coldplate is the Mascoutah Air and Space Museum. The coldplate was used to shield critical computer components in the command module.
